Cycling: Enjoy various cycling routes around the Monts de Blond - routes start at Vaulry - which is about 10 mins drive from Frachis, we also have maps available listing numerous routes starting with a 6 km ride (easy) up to 52 km(difficult). Also at Vaulry base, you can wash your bike, have a shower, dine, and gather information for further rides.

Les Herolles - held on the 29th of each month (except if the 29th is a Sunday, held on Monday) - this market is one of the oldest markets in France - held since about 1484, selling everything you can think of - clothing, food, livestock - early until 12 noon - a must if visiting this area.

In Le Dorat during the summer months on a Thursday evening from about 5.00 p.m. starting end of June to end of Aug (once a fortnight) there is a street market, where you buy meat, cheese, bread have your meat b-b-q'd, buy frites to go with your food, and have crepes for dessert, sit down and enjoy your meal al fresco. Also in the market is a bar, where you can purchase beer, wine, and soft drinks to enjoy with your meal.
