La Petite Maison is situated adjoining the Main Farmhouse.
It is fully insulated with a wood burning stove, central heating and double glazing, ideal for Autumn, Winter and early Spring Lets.
Downstairs the large open planned, living/dining room and fully fitted kitchen, has everything you would expect for long or short stays, including British Satellite TV and radio channels, DVD,a stereo sound system and comfortable sofa bed/settee.
There are two staircases, one leading to 1 double bedroom and bathroom (with bath and shower) and the other leads to 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and bathroom (with bath and shower), giving independence and privacy to extended families.
With shared swimming pool 10m x 5m.
Outside:
There is convenient off-lane parking opposite the front of the cottage, whilst the back has a small terrace with barbeque, leading onto the gardens, extensive grounds and swimming pool.
