Only 5 minutes drive from the market town of Bellac, 15 minutes through picturesque countryside is the lake of Saint Pardoux and its quiet beaches.  Frachis is about 30 minutes drive from the city of Limoges, its main-line station and Bellegarde Airport.  Limoges is a wonderful city to explore, with many fine restaurants, excellent shopping facilities and a wealth of delightful galleries, museums and local outlets for the famous Limoges pottery, which are open to visitors and have shops attached selling their products at very reasonable prices.
